  1. i am using E3121 modem ....airtel sim and windows 8 64x hp notebook. every setting is ok but in my laptop the download speed is only 20 kb/s maximum while in others laptop it is about 70 kb maximum but their laptop has windows 7 what shoul i do sir pleae help me..............thanks

    1. @Ravi Raushan Download speed differs on various factors.your laptop configuration has nothing to do with the speed.64 bit laptop is usually a great configuration.Speed will not depend on operating system or configuration.It usually depends on your data plan,number users connected to the same server/number people connected to internet on same cell tower you are,time of the day,isp up time and speed,number of open browser tabs/on going downloads/simultaneous connection etc.. to give you some solution i need more details. If you need a speed tip,i recommend installing flash block extension for Firefox and ad block plus for Firefox to speed up Firefox browser and also save a lot of data.I am using these extensions for years and they help me browse faster and save data at the same time. If you use chrome you can find the similar functioning extensions to solve your speed and download issues.Use download managers for downloading files on internet quickly rather than your in built browser download manager.There are lot of download mangers available on the internet i recommend a installer version/desktop version of the software rather than extension.I will write up an article on speeding up browser and saving data for dongle and slow internet users soon if i get some time.
